Announcement (released on 28 May 2020) - Despite much efforts made by all participating parties to continue with the event, consensus and decisions have been reached that the show will not happen within the year due to the present COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts. The travel restrictions and various uncertainties in the length of government’s ban on mass gatherings have made immediate future not conducive for live concerts. Please note that tickets purchased through official sale channels will be honoured a refund and the refund process will start from 11 June 2020 onwards. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience given to us thus far. We hope and will endeavour to bring Super Junior back to Malaysia in the future.
(a) If you have purchased ticket(s) online via www.myticket.asia, you do not need to take any action as the refund amount will be automatically credited to your credit/debit card used to make the purchase within 30 days from 11/06/2020. The refund will take approximately 14-30 working days to be reflected in your account.
(b) If you have purchased ticket(s) through Star Planet or via walk-in purchase from any My Ticket Asia’s authorised outlets, please fill in a Refund Authorisation Form and submit the completed form to [email protected] on or before 05 June 2020 in order for us to process the refund. Refund payment will be by Bank-in through Cheque for eligible ticket(s).
Announcement (released on 10 February 2020) - Due to unforeseen circumstances, this event has been rescheduled. Any refund request should be submitted on or before 18.02.2020. Otherwise, customers will retain the concert tickets for the rescheduled date. Only ticket(s) purchased through official sale channels will be honoured a refund. Customers are required to submit your refund request, together with the Tax Invoice and completed Authorisation form to [email protected] If your ticket(s) is/are eligible, the ticket refund will be processed from 01.03.2020. We will further honour a 7-day refund period when the New Concert Date is released later. This is intended for fans who are unable to make it to the new date, and similar refund process shall follow. Each ticket transaction is limited to a total of 8 tickets.

You are allowed to select ticket type only and the system will auto-assign the next best available seats while you are making purchase.
No admission for children aged 2 years or below. Child must be of 95cm height and below to be eligible for child ticket priced at RM54 without seat, while child at height above 95cm must purchase tickets according to price scale.
For safety reason, pregnant ladies and children aged 10 years and below are not permitted into Rock Zone.
Tickets to "Wheelchair Accessible Viewing Platform" are available for purchase via Star Planet's office. Only 1 companion seat (at the same price) allowed for every wheelchair seat.
Ticket purchased shall not be resold or offered for pre-sale at a premium over the face value of the ticket or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes or to enhance the demand for other goods or services.
Strictly NO professional photography, audio/video recording of any kind during the performance.
The organiser/ticket provider reserves the right to deny admission if any person with unruly conduct and/or in breach of any Venue and/or ticketing T&Cs.
