Ballot-based ticketing is a fair, randomized system that gives fans an equal chance to buy tickets.

To participate, register between May 3 (12PM) and May 5 (9PM) by submitting your details and selecting one preferred show date (one registration per person).

Once registration ends, winners will be chosen via a computerized draw and notified by email with a unique Promo Code and purchase instructions. The code allows access to buy up to four tickets.

抽签购票是一种公平且随机的机制，旨在为歌迷提供平等的购票机会。欲参与者需在指定时间 (即2025年5月3日中午12点至5月5日晚上9点之间）内完成登记注册，并选择一场心仪的演出日期（每人仅限登记一次）。

注册期结束后，系统将随机抽出中签者，并通过电子邮件通知中签者。中签者将收到专属‘购票通关密码’以及购票说明。凭此密码，中签者可进入购票系统并购买最多四张门票。

All valid entries will be compiled and arranged according to the time of submission or the system’s recorded sequence. Winners will then be selected using a fixed-interval method, where, based on the total number of registrants and available slots, selections will be made at consistent intervals from the ordered list.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify scalpers, suspicious entries, and duplicates to maintain fairness.

所有有效注册将根据提交时间或系统记录的顺序进行汇总和排列。随后将采用固定间隔抽选法选出获选者：根据注册总人数与可用名额，从排序后的名单中按固定间隔进行抽选。主办方保留权利剔除黄牛账号、可疑注册信息及重复登记以确保抽签公正与公平。

10% ticket inventory will be made available for sale via online purchase starting from May 16, 2025, 2025 (from 12PM). Please click the “Buy” button (which will activate on May 16, 12PM) and you will be redirected to the official Booking System.

Online purchase accepts debit and credit card. In the event you are using a debit card to make payment, please ensure you have already authorized online transaction and have sufficient limit. We advise you to only buy tickets from official ticket retailers. Tickets unlawfully resold or attempted to be resold often break the terms and conditions stated by the venue or promoter which will result in your tickets being void.

Please avoid buying off anyone offering a quick sale of concert or event tickets through social media to avoid any forgery or scam. If you come across any suspicious ticket sources or suspected scalping activities, please feel free to send screenshots and relevant information to our customer service email at info@starplanet.com.my. We will carefully investigate and handle the matter appropriately.

Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review your seat location, event, and performance date etc.

No cancellation, changes or refunds for ticket once purchased except pursuant to conditions under event cancellation, postponement or special case. Any booking cancellation, changes or refunds will be based on management decision.

No Admission for children aged 2 years or below. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for child ticket at RM50 without seat, while children at height above 95cm must purchase ticket according to price tier. Child tickets will only be available for purchase at the venue on show day.

2岁及以下儿童禁止入场。身高低于95厘米的儿童可购买价格为RM50的无座儿童票，而身高超过95厘米的儿童必须根据票价等级购买门票。儿童票仅在演出当天于现场出售。

Please note that Star Planet Membership points will only be granted if you register for membership BEFORE your ticket purchase.

A valid NRIC must be provided during ticket purchase to be eligible for the membership points (RM1 = 1 point). Membership is open for Malaysians only. Membership points are valid for purchases transacted via BookMyShow only.
