After a 5-year hiatus, the local turned internationally famous popstar, Gary Chaw is finally back with his brand-new solo concert – “Crazy for LIVE”!  “Crazy for LIVE” is a showcase of Gary’s persistent spirit craving for excellent stage performance, as well as a testament to his energetic passion for good music.

Proudly presented by MK Group, organized by Star Planet, the tour production is 100% Malaysian design-and-build, featuring all-Malaysian musicians and a rich mashup of instruments, including sitar, Malay percussion, Chinese harp, and more, for great musical indulgence. This creative choreography is destined to spark melodic wonders that pamper your ears.

On top of that, Gary, through a distinctive yet refreshing vocal expression, is ready to serenade fans with his recently released remastered version of Canto-pop classic hits. These classic hits that influenced him a lot were all phenomenally popular in the 80s and 90s. Hence, this “Crazy for LIVE” concert will highly likely turn into a colossal KTV session that recalls the sweet memories we all shared through these classic hits.

Heart to heart through pure music performance, Gary will take this opportunity to share with us his embarkment on an extraordinary journey in the showbiz industry throughout the past 20 over years.

曹格《Crazy for LIVE》马来西亚演唱会，是星艺娱乐Star Planet继《曹格Sensation世界巡回─马来西亚站2011》之后，与曹格相隔11之后再度合作。

由MK Group荣誉呈献，马来西亚将是此次巡回演唱会的启航站，并会采用100% 大马乐手，同时还融入如西塔琴（sitar）、马来打击乐、古筝等传统乐器，融合中西多元化音乐元素，碰撞出不同的火花。

“Crazy for Live”是曹格多年来对于在舞台上那种狂热的精神，以及对音乐的力量。 曹格将首次在舞台上，以非一般的曹格式元素来呈现这场演出，并首度公开现场演绎新粤语专辑《我为歌狂》中的作品，为大家唱足毫无冷场的120分钟，绝对是一场好歌+万人大合唱的纯享音乐飨宴！同时曹格也会借此机会，用纯粹的音乐交流，与大家靠得更加贴近，赤裸裸与大家分享出道21年的心路历程。

另外舞台设计亦会是100%由大马班底精心打造，让歌迷在现场享有录音室般的高规格听觉享受，同时也能在视觉上感受到属于曹格的舞台魅力，全情陶醉在曹格以他那自由灵活、淋漓尽致的宽阔音域，重新赋予这些粤语流行音乐经典新貌，透由歌曲勾起很多当年的美好回忆之余，也能透过这场演唱会，看见不一样的曹格！

  • All tickets are numbered seats. System will auto-generate the “Next Best Seat”.
  • No admission for infants aged 12 months or below. Child at height 95cm or below is eligible for child ticket at RM50 without seat, while child at height above 95cm must purchase ticket according to price tier.
  • Public Ticket Sale will commence on September 20th, 2022 (2pm) onwards. You are advised to purchase ticket(s) only from authorised/official ticketing company. 15% Early Bird discount is only valid for the 1st 800 tickets sold and subject to a first-comes-first-served basis, valid for purchases via Star Planet / BookMyShow only.
  • All Discount promotions shall NOT be used in concurrent with any other promotions.  
  • Please note that SP Membership points will only be granted if you register membership BEFORE your ticket purchase (not applicable for ticket purchases transacted via Genting’s point-of-sale).  A valid NRIC must be provided upon ticket purchase to be eligible for the membership points (RM1 = 1 point).
