How Do I Buy Concert Tickets during Public Sales?

Tickets are available for sale via online purchase starting from 19th October 2024, 12PM. Please click the “Buy” button and you will be redirected to the official Booking System.

Payments are accepted via VISA or MASTERCARD (both credit and debit card). Please ensure your debit card is authorized for online transactions and has sufficient funds available.

Purchase ticket(s) only from official ticket agent to avoid invalid or fraudulent tickets. Only tickets purchased through www.golive-asia.com or the Golive App are valid for entry. Tickets bought from unauthorized sellers or scalpers will be barred without compensation.

Are Children Allowed into the Concert?

Do I entitle to Star Planet membership points?

Please note that Star Planet Membership points will only be granted if you register for membership BEFORE your ticket purchase.

A valid NRIC must be provided during ticket purchase to be eligible for the membership points (RM1 = 1 point). Membership is open for Malaysians only. Membership points are valid for purchases transacted via BookMyShow only.

Cancellation, Changes Or Refunds

Please review your seat location, event, and performance date carefully before purchasing. Ticket(s) bought are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable except for event cancellations, postponements, or special cases as determined by management.

Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at face value or a premium over the face value of the tickets or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions, contests and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods/services under any circumstances.

Venue & Admission Guidelines

Printed or electronic tickets must be presented for entry and must display all required details from the ticket agent, including barcode, event information, and transaction number.

Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.

Patrons may be subject to bag checks, body searches, or other security measures upon entry to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. Patrons are advised to arrive early.

Re-entry is allowed via designated door/gate only.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any patrons exhibiting unruly behaviour, disruptive conduct, or actions that breach any terms and conditions, without refund or compensation.

The following restrictions apply to your attendance at the event, and any breach may result in your ejection from the venue. Confiscated items that are not permitted will not be returned:

(a) Video & audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited.

(b) Electronic devices are not allowed in the venue, except for mobile phones and power banks.

(c) Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

(d) Stainless steel items, cans, and glass bottles are not allowed in the venue.

(e)Lasers, noise-making devices (including air horns and whistles etc.), or any items that may obstruct others’ views are prohibited.

(f) Flags, banners, or placards containing offensive slogans or advertisements are not permitted.

(g) Selfie sticks, gimbals, tripods, and monopods are not allowed.

(h) Large baggage, foldable chairs, non-retractable umbrellas, helmets, and any dangerous items are prohibited.

(i) Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
