The successful candidate should be the catalyst for the company to seek and negotiate sponsorships for all events or concerts organized by the company.
- To facilitate sponsorship research, understanding sponsors’ capabilities as well as creating prospecting strategies that help increasing the probability of sponsorship procurement.
- To supervise all leveraged activities and to fulfill the benefits committed to sponsor so that to maximize the Return of Investment (ROI) for the sponsor’s investment. Preparation of sponsorship evaluation report is necessary.
- To seek new marketing opportunities, develip relationships and initiatives with partners, initate action plans and programs that will coplement the business for the company.
- He/she shall be a team player and work in harmony with other functional departments including artist management, event logistic and marketing communication.

- At least Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- Possess basic knowledge on sponsorship benefits and experience in event marketing.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in advertising, sales & marketing environment.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Chinese knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiating skill and capacity, dynamic and result-driven.
