Project Technical Assistant
We are currently seeking a Technical Assistant to join our concert stage and production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for live music. The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the successful planning. execution, and delivery of the technical and production of live concerts.

JOB SCOPES
- Communications & coordination between tour productions, contractors/suppliers and venues. Advancing and obtaining presale technical information, including production needs, rider requirements and staging plans.
- Interface with contractors/suppliers and tours on setup workability, equipment availability and setup schedule.
- Obtaining quotations from contractors/suppliers and maintaining the costs within the assigned budget.
- Management of live concerts setup, show and dismantle from load in to load out.
- Coordinate and manages tour production crews and contractors/suppliers to ensure safe, efficient and successful live concerts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Maintain and organize equipment inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Flexible Schedule (days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays).
- Knowledge or experience in stage, audio, backline, lighting, video, special effects etc..
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Windows/Mac applications.
- Bi-lingual: English and Chinese (both oral and written).
PREFERRED:
- Minimum 2-3 years prior technical & production management
- Some College or College Degree in related field
- Experience in a live music environment
