Ballot Ticketing – Registration 抽签式购票机制注册
In order to promote equitable access and mitigate the risks of scalping and unauthorized reselling, a ballot registration system has been adopted for ticket acquisition. This mechanism aims to provide genuine enthusiasts with an equal probability of attending the event through a random selection of verified registrants.
- Registration Phase
- Registration Period: From 3 May 2025,12pm until 5 May 2025, 9pm.
- Required Information: Full name, mobile number, valid email address, identification card (NRIC) or passport number.
- Every individual may select only ONE (1) preferred show date: 22, 23, or 24 August 2025.
- Ballot Phase
- After registration closes, eligible users will be randomly selected through a ballot system.
- Ballot winners will be notified via official email from BookMyShow on 9 May 2025, along with a unique Promo Code and ticket purchase instruction.
- Ballot Methodology
- All valid entries will be compiled and arranged according to the time of submission or the system’s recorded sequence. Winners will then be selected using a fixed-interval method, where, based on the total number of registrants and available slots, selections will be made at consistent intervals from the ordered list.
- The organizer reserves the right to disqualify scalpers, suspicious entries, and duplicates to maintain fairness.
- Ticket Purchase Phase
- The unique Promo Code is necessary to unlock access to ticket purchasing.
- Purchase Limit: Every ballot winner may purchase up to 4 tickets only.
- Ticket Sale Schedule (daily 12pm – 6pm):
- May 13th, 2025 – Tickets for 22 August 2025 show
- May 14th, 2025 – Tickets for 23 August 2025 show
- May 15th, 2025 – Tickets for 24 August 2025 show
- Public Sale Phase
- The organizer will make available 10% of the tickets inventory, for general public purchase on 16 May 2025, 12pm via BookMyShow.
- Organizer’s Rights
- The organizer may amend the above terms and procedures at any time without prior notice.
- By participating, all individuals agree to abide by the organizer’s rules and regulations.
为促进公平并降低黄牛倒票及未经授权转售的风险，本次加场演出门票，将采用抽签式购票制度。该机制将通过对审核合格的注册者进行随机抽选，旨在为真正的粉丝提供平等的购票机会。
- 登记阶段
- 登记时间: 2025年5月3日（中午12时）至5月5日（晚上9时）截止。每人仅可提交一次注册。
- 填写信息：需提供姓名、手机号码、有效电子邮箱、身份证或护照号码。
- 观演日期选择：每位注册用户仅限选择一场心仪的演出日期（2025年8月22日、23日或24日）。
- 抽签阶段
- 登记截止后，将以抽签方式随机选出符合条件的注册用户。
- 中签者将于2025年5月9日收到由 BookMyShow 发出的官方通知邮件，内附专属“购票通关密码”及详细的购票规则与操作指引。
- 抽签方式说明
- 所有有效注册将根据提交时间或系统记录的顺序进行汇总和排列。随后将采用固定间隔抽选法选出获选者：根据注册总人数与可用名额，从排序后的名单中按固定间隔进行抽选。
- 主办方保留权利剔除黄牛账号、可疑注册信息及重复登记以确保抽签公正与公平。
- 购票阶段
- 中签者必须输入专属“购票通关密码”，才能进行购票。
- 购票资格：每位中签者最多可购买4张门票。
- 购票时间安排（每日12pm – 6pm开放）：
- 2025年5月13日 — 开放2025年8月22日场次门票
- 2025年5月14日 — 开放2025年8月23日场次门票
- 2025年5月15日 — 开放2025年8月24日场次门票
- 余票公开阶段
- 公开发售时间：2025年5月16日(中午12点开始)。
- 主办方将预留10%的门票，向公众开放发售。
- 主办方权利声明
- 主办单位保留随时更改、调整、增删上述条款与流程的权利，恕不另行通知。
- 所有参与登记、抽签及购票者，均视为同意并遵守主办单位所制定之所有条款与规定。
