You shall be responsible for planning, developing and executing of various marketing and communications programmes to promote the company’s event.

 Job Scopes:

  1. Understanding and stay abreast of emerging digital marketing tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies
  2. Strategize, plan, develop and execute all brand communication strategies, PR & media strategies.
  3. Implementation of marcom activities and liaise with agencies and vendors (creative and media agencies, photographer/videographer, etc)
  4. Generate report and measure on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  5. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid channels like content creation, content curation, publicity, social media, copywriting, performance analysis.
  6. Create creative graphic artworks for future events/campaigns.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in advertising, marketing or any equivalent
  • Has knowledge of social channels – Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Highly creative, team player, results-oriented and has an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Possession of creative content, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or other graphic design software will be an added advantage.
  • Bi-lingual: English and Chinese (both oral and written).

Job Scope:

  1. To perform data entry operations. To handle daily accounting duties includes preparation of invoices, monthly company expenses etc.
  2. To prepare payments and bank reconciliation.
  3. To assist in audit and preparation of supporting schedules.
  4. To perform any other assignments given by the immediate superior.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Certificate in LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel. and Autocount accounting system is preferred.
  • Good communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, efficient.
  • At least have 2 years working experience, able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

The successful candidate should be the catalyst for the company to seek and negotiate sponsorships for all events or concerts organized by the company.

Job Scope:

  1. To facilitate sponsorship research, understanding sponsors’ capabilities as well as creating prospecting strategies that help increasing the probability of sponsorship procurement.
  2. To supervise all leveraged activities and to fulfill the benefits committed to sponsor so that to maximize the Return of Investment (ROI) for the sponsor’s investment. Preparation of sponsorship evaluation report is necessary.
  3. To seek new marketing opportunities, develip relationships and initiatives with partners, initate action plans and programs that will coplement the business for the company. 
  4. He/she shall be a team player and work in harmony with other functional departments including artist management, event logistic and marketing communication.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Possess basic knowledge on sponsorship benefits and experience in event marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in advertising, sales & marketing environment.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Chinese knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiating skill and capacity, dynamic and result-driven.
