After seven years of anticipation, ‘King of K-pop” – EXO finally reunited with Malaysian EXO-Ls, as approximately 15,000 fans transformed the National Hockey Stadium, Bukit Jalil, into a sea of shimmering silver lightsticks for EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon in KUALA LUMPUR. Promoted by Star Planet and E2W, “EXhOrizon” is inspired by the meeting point between the sky and the earth, symbolizing new beginnings and limitless possibilities.
The concert opened with EXO’s debut track, “MAMA,” instantly igniting the atmosphere. Five members appeared on stage in robe-inspired outfits paying tribute to their 2012 debut era, recreating their iconic early concept and setting a nostalgic and meaningful tone for the night. The set continued with powerful performances of “Monster,” “Overdose,” and “Gravity,” each delivered with sharp choreography and commanding stage presence.

Throughout the concert, EXO members frequently interacted with fans in Malay, creating a heartfelt connection with Malaysian EXO-Ls. Leader Suho said, “After seven long years, we’re finally in Malaysia again.”
Sehun greeted fans with, “Rindu kami tak? Saya rindu korang!” He remarked that it wasn’t as hot as expected and that there was a pleasant breeze. Suho then jokingly pointed out that the “breeze” came from a fan in front of Sehun, prompting laughter and a lively atmosphere.
Chanyeol also greeted fans warmly in Malay, asking, “Apa khabar! Korang sihat-sihat? Hari ini best gila! ” He then smiled brightly and gave a thumbs-up toward the camera, further energizing the crowd and drawing enthusiastic cheers from the audience.
D.O. expressed his excitement, saying, “Saya D.O! Long time no see Malaysia,” and shared how happy he was to finally be back performing for Malaysian fans. He added that the energy from the crowd was “No Joke,” describing it as truly overwhelming and deeply memorable.
KAI said, “Saya rindu korang! The weather is so hot because of the fans’ energy too. Semua Jerit! We need to hear your voice!” He then urged the crowd to shout even louder, further hyping them up and heightening the atmosphere.

One of the night’s highlights came during a fan interaction segment, where EXO challenged the audience to complete a synchronized lightstick wave in exchange for their “Super Power Aegyo.” After several attempts, fans successfully completed the challenge, prompting each member to deliver their promised aegyo and creating one of the concert’s most memorable moments. The members later joked that “aegyo time” was over before transitioning into a more mature set featuring “Crazy,” “Playboy,” “Artificial Love,” “The Eve,” “Love Shot” and so on.
The setlist traced EXO’s musical journey through their discography, featuring fan-favorite tracks including “Tempo,” “Ko Ko Bop,” “Call Me Baby,” “Power,” “Don’t Fight the Feeling,” “Run,” “Love Me Right,” “Growl,” “Baby Don’t Cry,” “Walk On Memories,” “Don’t Go,” “El Dorado,” “Back It Up,” “Forever,” and “Crown.” During the encore, fans led a heartfelt singalong of “I’m Home” before EXO returned to the stage with “Back Pocket” and “Flatline.” With more than 25 songs performed, the concert served as a powerful showcase of EXO’s artistry and their enduring bond with fans.

EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon in KUALA LUMPUR transcended the boundaries of a concert, becoming a heartfelt reflection of the group’s journey and milestones shared with their fans. For long-time EXO-Ls, the night offered a nostalgic return to memories shaped over more than a decade, while for EXO, it stood as a meaningful display of their enduring and wide-reaching influence across generations of K-pop fans.
