How Do I redeem Fan Meeting Passes?

AR Rahman will make a special visit to Kuala Lumpur on July 8th for an exclusive Fan Meeting Event held at the Star Convention Center, Menara PGRM KL at 7PM.

Astro Rewards Customers

Astro Rewards customers will enjoy a 15% discount, applicable on P1 – P6 ticket categories only. Offer is valid from June 7th to July 27th or while stocks last.

How Do I Buy Concert Tickets?

Tickets are available for sale via online purchase starting from 8th May 2024, 2PM. Online purchase accepts debit and credit card. In the event you are using a debit card to make payment, please ensure you have already authorized online transaction and have sufficient limit. We advise you to only buy tickets from official ticket retailers. Tickets unlawfully resold or attempted to be resold often break the terms and conditions stated by the venue or promoter which will result in your tickets being void. Please avoid buying off anyone offering a quick sale of concert or event tickets through social media to avoid any forgery or scam.

Are Children Allowed To The Concert?

No Admission for children aged 2 years or below. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for child ticket at RM50 without seat, while children at height above 95cm must purchase ticket according to price tier. Child tickets will only be available for purchase at the venue on show day.

Can I Choose My Preferred Seat?

Most of our shows allow selection of ticket types and section only but not individual seat. The ticketing system will automatically select the “Next Best Available Seat” upon time of purchase. The system will generally pick the joining seats for you. However, the system may generate split seats when there are not enough adjacent/joining seats available to accommodate the requested number of tickets.

This can occur if there are limited seats remaining or if the desired number of tickets exceeds the available adjacent seats in a particular section. In such cases, the system will allocate the available seats in the closest proximity to each other, resulting in split seats. Therefore,please carefully check on the seat number before you check out your cart.

Do I entitle to Star Planet membership points?

Please note that Star Planet Membership points will only be granted if you register for membership BEFORE your ticket purchase. A valid NRIC must be provided during ticket purchase to be eligible for the membership points (RM1 = 1 point). Membership is open for Malaysians only. Membership points are valid for purchases transacted via BookMyShow and Ticket2U only.

Cancellation, Changes or Refund

Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review your seat location, event, and performance date etc.

No cancellation, changes or refunds for ticket once purchased except pursuant to conditions under event cancellation, postponement or special case. Any booking cancellation, changes or refunds will be based on management decision.
