For a secure and seamless experience, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through our official ticketing vendor, Ticket2U, and authorised partner agents, including Trip.com, Damai.cn, Maiseat.com, and Funtasy. Tickets that are unlawfully resold or offered for resale may violate the terms and conditions set by the promoter or venue, and may be rendered invalid and void without refund.

Please note that the organiser and official ticketing vendor and partner agent(s) shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent transactions or purchases made through unauthorised channels.

Please note that Star Planet Membership points will only be granted if you register for membership BEFORE your ticket purchase.

A valid NRIC must be provided during ticket purchase to be eligible for the membership points (RM1 = 1 point). Membership is open for Malaysians only. Membership points are valid for purchases transacted via Ticket2U only.

Pregnant women and children under 12 years old or shorter than 140cm are strictly not allowed in the Free Standing Zones.

No admission for children aged 3 or below into the venue. Those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and require a full-priced ticket.

Please check your seat, event, and date carefully before purchase. All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable except in the case of event cancellation, postponement, or other special circumstances as determined by the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to sell tickets at its sole discretion and to void any tickets without notice if found to be resold, scalped, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes, with no refund provided.

Tickets must not be resold above face value or used for promotions, advertising, contests, or to promote other goods or services, unless otherwise permission is granted in writing by the Organizer or Artist/Tour Management.

In case of event cancellation, postponement, or significant changes, the organiser will attempt to notify ticket holders using the provided contact details, but it remains the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the event status. The organiser is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other related costs.

The organiser reserves the right to amend any terms, conditions, or promotions without prior notice.

Batch Entry System will be implemented for all Rock Zone ticket holders.

Rock Zone ticket holders will be assigned a Batch Number upon ticket purchase, with 50 attendees per batch, and entry will take place batch-by-batch in numerical order on event day.

This approach has been designed to provide a more structured and fair entry process while strictly adhering to venue capacity, security protocols, and crowd management requirements.
