Tickets are available for sale via online purchase starting from 13th December 2024, 12PM. Please click the “Buy” button and you will be redirected to the official Booking System.

Payments are accepted via VISA or MASTERCARD (both credit and debit card). Please ensure your debit card is authorized for online transactions and has sufficient funds available.

Purchase ticket(s) only from official ticket agent to avoid invalid or fraudulent tickets. Only tickets purchased through my.bookmyshow.com are valid for entry. Tickets bought from unauthorized sellers or scalpers will be barred without compensation.

When the ticket sale begins, everyone who is already on my.bookmyshow.com page will randomly be assigned a place in a queue to access the booking process.

If you log on once the sale has started you will automatically be added to the back of the queue, so please be ready online at my.bookmyshow.com at least a few minutes before the sale is due to open at 12PM.

Once you are in the queue, a progress bar will indicate how close you are to reaching the booking page. Please do not refresh the queue page or use multiple devices or tabs as you may lose your place in the queue.

Yes. Tickets are not allocated until your payment has been processed. We encourage you to enter your payment details swiftly (but accurately) once you have added tickets to your basket in order to secure the tickets.

It is worth noting that when you reach the front of the queue, you will have 10 minutes to complete this page before your session expires.

Upon purchasing a ticket, a queue number will be assigned for VIP Standing Zones only. There will not be queue number assigned for Rock 1 and Rock 2 Categories. A detailed guide, including assembly schedules and other relevant information, will be published closer to the concert date.

Pregnant ladies and children aged 10 years or below are not permitted into Rock Zones.

Strictly no admission for children aged 2 years or below into the venue. Those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and require a full-priced ticket. Children aged 10 and under, as well as pregnant ladies are NOT permitted in Rock Zones.

Seated Zones: Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for child ticket at RM50 without seat, while children at height above 95cm must purchase ticket according to price tier. Child tickets will only be available for purchase at the venue on show day.

Star Planet Membership points redemption is NOT applicable for this concert.

Please review your seat location, event, and performance date carefully before purchasing. Ticket(s) bought are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable except for event cancellations, postponements, or special cases as determined by management. Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at face value or a premium over the face value of the tickets or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions, contests and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods/services under any circumstances.

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant changes to the venue or content, we will attempt to notify purchasers using the provided contact details. However, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the Event’s status. The Organiser or event management is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event changes.

The organiser reserves the rights to any alternation/changes made on terms & promotions without prior notification.
