How many tickets can I buy?

How many tickets can I buy? Are Children Allowed To The Concert?

Every attendee MUST enter the hall with a ticket, including children of all ages & infants. Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for child ticket at RM50 without seat, while children at height above 95cm must purchase ticket according to price tier. Child tickets will only be available for purchase at the venue on show day.

How Do I Buy Concert Tickets?

Tickets are available for sale via online purchase starting from 11 April 2025, 12PM. Please click the “Buy” button and you will be redirected to the official Booking System.

Online purchase accepts debit and credit card. In the event you are using a debit card to make payment, please ensure you have already authorized online transaction and have sufficient limit. We advise you to only buy tickets from official ticket retailers. Tickets unlawfully resold or attempted to be resold often break the terms and conditions stated by the venue or promoter which will result in your tickets being void. Please avoid buying off anyone offering a quick sale of concert or event tickets through social media to avoid any forgery or scam.

Can I Choose My Preferred Seat?

Most of our shows allow selection of ticket types and section only but not individual seat. The ticketing system will automatically select the “Next Best Available Seat” upon time of purchase. The system will generally pick the joining seats for you. However, the system may generate split seats when there are not enough adjacent/joining seats available to accommodate the requested number of tickets. This can occur if there are limited seats remaining or if the desired number of tickets exceeds the available adjacent seats in a particular section. In such cases, the system will allocate the available seats in the closest proximity to each other, resulting in split seats. Therefore,please carefully check on the seat number before you check out your cart.

Do I entitle to Star Planet membership points?

Please note that Star Planet Membership points will only be granted if you register for membership BEFORE your ticket purchase.

A valid NRIC must be provided during ticket purchase to be eligible for the membership points (RM1 = 1 point). Membership is open for Malaysians only. Membership points are valid for purchases transacted via BookMyShow only.

Cancellation, Changes Or Refunds

Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review your seat location, event, and performance date etc. No cancellation, changes or refunds for ticket once purchased except pursuant to conditions under event cancellation, postponement or special case. Any booking cancellation, changes or refunds will be based on management decision.

If you provide the wrong name or email address during the ticket purchase process, it may cause issues with receiving your e-ticket and communication related to the event. What Time Shall I Be At The Venue On Concert Day?

The gate usually opens 1 to 2 hours prior to show time. Therefore, you may be there any time before.

However, if you are required to redeem or collect your concert tickets on the day, you are advised to be at the venue earlier as there may be queue for ticket collection. Upon your entry into an event, you and your belongings may be subject to search.

The organiser reserves the rights to any alternation/changes made on terms & promotions without prior notification.

In the event of an Event being cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all purchasers using the contact details provided when the order was made. However, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check whether the Event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. We cannot be held liable for any expenses you may incur in respect of travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an Event.
