Hong Leong Bank credit cardholders will enjoy exclusive early access to ticket purchases, limited to 2 tickets per transaction, on a first-come, first-served basis.

29 May (2pm) - General Public Sale

General Public Sales will commence on May 29, from 2PM onwards. “BUY NOW” Button will activate on the day before sales start. Each ticket transaction limits to a maximum of 2 tickets only.

How Do I Buy Concert Tickets during Public Sales?

Tickets go on public sale from 29 May 2025, at 2PM. Click the “Buy” button to access the official booking system.

Online payments can be made via credit or debit card. For debit cards, ensure online transactions are enabled and limits are sufficient.

Please purchase tickets only from official ticketing channels. Tickets bought through unauthorized resellers may be voided without refund. Avoid purchasing from individuals on social media to prevent scams or counterfeit tickets. To report suspicious sources or reselling activity, email screenshots and details to info@starplanet.com.my for investigation.

Who is prohibited from entering the Free Standing Zones?

Pregnant women and children under 12 years old or shorter than 140cm are not allowed in the Standing Zones.

Are Children Allowed To The Concert?

Strictly no admission for children aged 3 years or below into the venue.

Will queue numbers be assigned for Free Standing Zone?

Upon purchasing a ticket, a queue number will be assigned for VVIP and VIP Standing Zones only. A detailed guide, including assembly schedules and other relevant information, will be published via our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) closer to the concert date.

Do I entitle to Star Planet membership points?

Star Planet Membership points redemption is NOT applicable for this concert.

Cancellation, Changes Or Refunds

Please check your seat, event, and date carefully before purchase. All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable except in the case of event cancellation, postponement, or other special circumstances as determined by the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to sell tickets at its sole discretion and to void any tickets without notice if found to be resold, scalped, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes, with no refund provided.

Tickets must not be resold above face value or used for promotions, advertising, contests, or to promote other goods or services, unless otherwise permission is granted in writing by the Organizer or Artist/Tour Management.

In case of event cancellation, postponement, or significant changes, the organiser will attempt to notify ticket holders using the provided contact details, but it remains the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the event status. The organiser is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other related costs.

The organiser reserves the right to amend any terms, conditions, or promotions without prior notice.

Other Terms

All patrons must adhere strictly to the venue’s rules and regulations at all times. Photography, video recording, or audio recording of the Concert is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the Organiser. Any person found in violation may be asked to delete such content and/or be removed from the venue without refund or compensation.

All content, including but not limited to the performance, stage design, visuals, and audio materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Organiser and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the Concert is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
