11 November 2022, KUALA LUMPUR: The organiser, Star Planet today announced that the concert by Indonesian Rock band UNGU which is scheduled to be held on 18th and 19th November in Kuala Lumpur will be postponed to 26th and 27th December 2022 (19th Nov to 26th Dec and 18th Nov to 27th Dec). Concert venue and show time shall remain unchanged.
The change of date is in response to the recent directive from PUSPAL to call off all concerts slated on 19 November in Kuala Lumpur, considering the date a clashing date with the country’s general election (GE-15).
All tickets issued earlier will automatically become void and new tickets will be issued. Ticket purchasers are advised to revisit their ticket purchase confirmation email to retrieve their updated tickets after the system update palnned on 25 November 2022.
A full refund will be given to customers who are unable to attend the concert on the new dates. Any request for refund will require a submission of Refund Request Form (https://starplanet.com.my/2022-2/ungu-refund/) on or before 16 November 2022 in order to process the refund.
